We spend our time carefully seeking and developing products that fit simple criteria.
We are proud to say all of our ingredients are listed in INCI format, International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients which is a worldwide standard. This helps identify what ingredients are in each product when crossing any borders across countries. 

Glad you asked -- Absolutely! At JUHAS, we take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality of Korean beauty. We stand by this promise to do so with every product and this is at the heart of our company.

Every single product you see on JUHAS is first put through a rigorous test to guarantee their safety, efficacy and authenticity. This includes internal testing, working directly with each brand, never purchasing from third parties and ensuring all products go through the FDA approval process. For this reason, you can be assured that whenever you are purchasing from JUHAS, you are always getting 100% genuine products direct from the brands in Korea, and they are all coming from legitimate and safe channels.

The first thing to know is that every person’s skin is unique, so skin care (Korean or not) is very personal and all about finding out what works best for you. This means skin care is very much a trial-and-error process and there really isn’t a foolproof way to get it right the first time. It’s also important to note that your skin is always changing so your skin care needs will also change over time.

100% yes. Whatever the outer packaging may look like, the ingredients and the formulas inside are not gender-specific. Nor are they age or ethnicity-specific for that matter. Korean skin care works for everyone not because it’s specifically meant for Korean or Asian skin but because it’s meant for skin in general, which we all have!

International Shipping

Absolutely! We currently ship JUHAS orders from the South-Korea to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the United States.

For Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK: Your package will arrive at your door with no additional duties and taxes aside from any taxes you incur at checkout.

India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore: Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws.

Please also note that JUHASdoes not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

We currently offer free shipping to United States friends for all orders $150 and over. To be eligible for free shipping you must ship within United States and your total must be $150 after all discounts are added.

All JUHAS orders are shipped worldwide.

For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 5 - 17 business days. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.

India packages, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

You will receive tracking information enclosed within your shipping confirmation email.

Order Information

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Yes! In fact, you get a free sample with every purchase.

We do not accept requests for additional samples. However, we periodically run promotions and sample offers, so be sure to stay tuned on our Instagram and newsletter for updates! You can also check out our Promo page for the full list of current promotions.

JUHAS Gift Cards come in the form of an E-Gift Card and are sent via email. We suggest you put in your own email address at checkout. By doing so, you will receive an order confirmation email and the E-Gift Card. Once you receive the E-Gift Card, you have the option to print or email it forward to your friend with you own personal message.

No, and here’s why. Korean products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date and have a shelf-life of two to three years from this date, depending on each individual product and brand. So don't be alarmed if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to your actual purchase date -- we value our customers and will never sell expired products just to make a sale!

As K-Beauty expands further into the Western market, some brands have begun printing the expiration date instead of manufacturing date. Please check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:

제조 means "manufactured on"

까지 means "good until"

Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns & Damages

We at JUHAS work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at hello@beautykorea.shop as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with JUHAS and K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 60 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened and gently used products.

*Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.

The label is generated for the convenience of our customers. However, we are happy to accept packages regardless of what shipping method is used by the customer -- if a more cost effective shipping method is found.

We just ask in those cases, to prevent any delays, that name and order number be included inside of the parcel.

If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.
